ICF Washington Case Study
ICF (International Coaching Federation) is a non-profit International organization exceeding 20,000 members. Their mission is to support their members in part by developing and maintaining professional standards and to maintain a solid direction, presence and voice for coaches.
Their existing site was dated and in need of a fresh look and feel as well a mobile responsive design that was more in tune with the needs of its members. They wanted a design that was more contemporary and representative of their Washington State and Seattle base.
Ease of content management and consistency in CSS styling across all content and system pages was a very important consideration. This consistency in design and layout was important to establishing the branding creditability of the organization.
Plus, a sponsor image rotating banner module was added to provide more value to their sponsors while increasing the opportunity for sponsor revenue.
I am the president of ICF Washington State and last year we decided our Wild Apricot website needed a revamp. We also knew that this adventure was beyond our skill set.
Q2 Digital was recommended to us and after interviewing them and a few others, we took the plunge and hired Michael Hammock and his team. We have been very happy working with Q2 Digital. They communicate very clearly and are incredibly responsive. They are also lovely people.
It's wonderful when you get that customer oriented attitude and nice people when you're spending money and dealing with the stress of changing a website. I highly recommend Q2 and we have been very happy with their services.
